		Crédit de 5 heures utilisables sur 12 mois.
		Une intervention rapide : un technicien intervient sur site en moins de 16h ouvrées.
		Une réparation rapide : si la panne n'a pu être résolue à la 1ère intervention, Novatic s'engage à trouver une solution sous 8 jours. (prêt de matériel informatique possible)
		Déplacement compris.

		4 interventions trimestrielles d'une heure chacune.
		Prévention de toute panne éventuelle :
		- Mise à jour antivirus, - Nettoyage Windows, - Sauvegarde de vos données, - Vérification de votre matériel ...
